Requirements for the installation standard of the tower crane

Tower crane installation process standard requirements: 

1. The construction tower crane must be grounded to prevent lightning strikes (using no less than 10mm² strands of copper wire to be connected by welding), and the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.

2. After the tower crane is installed, the deviation of the verticality between the tower body and the ground shall not exceed 3/1000 under no load.

3. The pre-tightening force of the connecting bolt and pin of each component of the tower crane should meet the requirements. The values of the hydraulic system and safety valve, the adjustment values of the electrical system protection device and the adjustment values of other mechanical components shall meet the requirements.

4. The comprehensive error of the torque limiter is not more than 8% of its rated value. When the rated value is exceeded, the torque limiter should cut off the power supply in the direction of the hook rise and the amplitude increase, and the support mechanism can reduce and decrease the amplitude direction movement.

5. Ultra-high limiter: When the riser height of the hook frame is not less than 1 meter, the ultra-high limiter should be able to cut off the power supply in the rising direction of the hook.

6. Trolleying limiter: When the trolley travels to the end of the boom at 0.5 meters, it should be able to cut off the power supply in the direction of the trolley.

7. After the installation of the tower crane is completed, the no-load, static load and dynamic load tests must be carried out. The dead load test hoisting weight is 125% of the rated load, and the dynamic load hoisting weight test hoisting weight is 110% of the rated load. Qualified before delivery.

8. Other unlisted matters shall be implemented in accordance with the tower crane installation instructions.
