Tower Crane Wall Tie Anchorage Frame

Tower crane has a free standing height, beyond its free standing height, the Tower Crane Wall Tie (Tower Crane Anchorage Frame) will be required. An anchorage frame secures the tower crane mast to a structure or framework and provides stability when the tower crane is under load or experiencing wind forces. The number of tower crane anchor is calculated by taking into account such factors as the type of crane, jib length, height under hook, and maximum out-of-service wind speed.

Based on the dimension and specification of the mast section, the tower crane anchorage frame will be fixed on the tower boday. But the installation of the Anchorage Frame for Mast Section will be decided by the actual condition on the working site. 

The common dimension of tower crane Mast Section is 1.2m*1.2m*3.0m, 1.6m*1.6m*3.0m and 2.0m*2.0m*3.0m.

When the distance between the installation position and the building exceeds the record in the instruction, additional calculations are required, such as anchor rod, anchor support and anchor ring.
